BRETT JOHNSON
FOUNDER
Brett knows the pressures of high performance sport from being on the field, in the locker room and the boardroom. His experience as an AFL player at Hawthorn and Carlton and working in management at Geelong FC for both men’s and women's programs. While Brett has experienced a great deal as an athlete and an administrator, he is also the product of junior talent development systems in Baseball and AFL having attained elite status via both pathways. In addition to understanding pathway systems Brett has also been accomplished as a coach in his own right and is currently the head coach for Montrose FC. Brett has a strong understanding of how sports science is integrated into coaching via his previous experiences as an athlete and a physiotherapist, and has previously built career transition and coach developments programs in his own right whilst working in the AFL.

Dr Matt McGregor
FOUNDER
Matt has over 25 years of experience in high performance sport in Olympic, Paralympic, and professional sports. He has been the lead Sport Psychologist for the South Australian Sports Institute and several professional teams including Port Adelaide, Western Bulldogs and Hawthorn AFL teams. He also understands life as a coach in high performance, community and youth sport, having coached senior and junior cricket, Australian Rules and basketball teams, and developed and delivered coach education programs. Matt has worked with a wide variety of clients spanning coaches, administrators and athletes alike and is currently applying his passion and knowledge to training the next generations of sport and exercise psychologists nationally.

DAVE WILLIAMS
FOUNDER
Dave is currently the head of psychology services at Geelong FC and brings a range of applied experiences to the team. Dave has worked with a diverse range of clients across the last 15 years and is also currently the team psychologist for the Matildas in addition to maintaining a small but consistent private practice. Dave was a key part of the team that built Malaysia’s first ever coach development program in track cycling, and followed this up with opportunities to provide coaching education in NRL coaching courses, and was fortunate enough to spend a season working with the coaching team at Melbourne Storm in 2017. In addition to working with coaches directly, Dave was able to work alongside Dr. Matt McGregor in developing the first ever Mental Health education program for coaches in the AFL. Dave has had the good fortune to be able to work in multiple settings and to be able to help build performance and wellbeing systems that recognize all performers in the team environment and is therefore passionate to bring this knowledge now to other arenas.

DR GUY LITTLE
Having trained in both the UK and Australia as a Psychologist, Guy brings a raft of experiences to the team and its clients by way of his work with coaches and athletes alike in Olympic and Paralympic spaces. Guy’s research has seen him develop expertise into therapeutic relationships in performance environments, and has helped to underpin some of his current work in supporting leaders in performance settings in Olympic, Paralympic, and professional sport as well as in education and corporate settings. Guy has an avid interest in supporting those who support performers and is passionate about the role of parents in junior elite pathway systems. Guy has a thriving private practice in Canberra; he is a preferred mental health provider in most of the professional codes in Australia, he has been the performance psychologist for the Brumbies in Rugby Union and helped in the construction of Mental Health education programs for coaches in his time with the AFLPA.
